We have developed a new version of the program for analyzing virtually any type of three-phase winding:
single-layer, double-layer, lap or concentric, symmetrical or asymmetrical, single-speed or multi-speed (with one or multiple separate windings), including interspersed and interleaved windings, windings with “dead” coils, and three-phase windings for PM motors.
The program supports any number of slots and poles, allows verification of parallel circuits, calculation of basic winding factors, visualization and calculation of harmful harmonics, calculation of TdC and TvC, symmetry checks, as well as animation of the MMF's distribution around the stator circumference, and much more.
The program can be deployed on the web or used offline.
It is intended for electric motor designers, for rewinders checking the correctness of internal connection diagrams before carrying out repairs in a service center, and for educational purposes (service centers, schools and universities).
In simple terms, if you have recorded a winding diagram and want to verify it before rewinding, all you (or we) need to do is enter the number of slots, number of poles, and fill in the coil table for each phase, with correct polarity. Alternatively, you can send us the diagram and we will do all of this for you.
