It is a program that determines and draws the schematic for any three-phase symmetrical, double-layer, lap windings up to 200 poles and 600 slots.

Using a practical example of 108 slots and 4 poles, it shows what the user can obtain from this unique program of ours. So it is sufficient to enter only two pieces of data; the number of slots and the number of poles and click on "Submit".

At the same time, the program immediately provides the whole winding grouping; a complete series connection diagram for all three phases, then a Table of coils from which you can see the arrangement of groups and coils as well as their direction in the slots, and also a small dropdown menu for the possible number of parallels (No. of Circuits).

As you can see in this example 2 or 4 Circuits are feasible. Choose "2" and click "Generate Parallel Circuits" and this diagram appears immediately.

Each of these graphical representations can be printed or saved as a PDF (see the attached PDF)

By the way, using our second program it is possible to make a detailed analysis of symmetry, harmful harmonics content, calculate the exact values of differential leakage coefficient and basic winding factor (even for fractional windings).

Tell us if you have any comments or found an error or have suggestions for improving the program.

Your contribution will be very valuable.
