Improve this winding

Many standard three-phase windings can be improved in terms of increasing the basic winding factor and/or reducing unwanted harmonics.
This is not always a simple task as it is very time-consuming, even when using advanced programs.
Here is an example of a standard, concentric winding for 36 slots and 4 poles that needed improvement.
When the work was completed, we achieved an increase in the winding factor by approximately 8.4% and a reduction in unwanted harmonics by around 37%, while maintaining uniform slot filling and the same internal diagram.
Little help: Those who immediately thought about adjusting the number of turns per coil were right.
This improvement results in lower copper consumption as well as reduced heating of the stator and rotor and consequently increasing the efficiency of motor.
How can this be done?
