What is the importance of tooth-width? It is perfectly clear that measuring the stator core must be very precise in order to obtain a reliable winding data, . Especially one of them is critical: tooth-width. Here's an example: motor 2 pole, 4 HP , 36 slots. If the measure you have submitted is 3 mm instead of 3.3 mm it is likely you'll get about 20% lower motor power.
