Quote from the costumers letter:
" .....This winding must be wound as original I am not allowed to change any data..."
It is good practice. If there is no apparent reason, do not change anything, ie. you should repeat the genuine winding entirely as it was. When it is too complicated, ask for our support ( see the pic below):
Unfortunatelly, the most common error and costumers complaints in rewind shop is occurring due to INTENTIONAL modification of winding , performed by a local technician in order to make a job easier.. Sadly, this is true. We are sure in that fact. Sometimes these changes looks quite harmless (eg change of pitch, the number of layers, number of parallel circuits, changing jumpers, change of T-leads arrangement etc) but they could lead to very poor results (high Amps, lower HP rating, unbalance, appearing a new parasitic torques...). Sometimes, motor becomes almost useless. That's why we recommend to analyze each change before applying. An error could be very costly. Contact us for support.
