You can verify your winding data if you're not quite sure that they are correct.
You need to provide measures of core and windings known data as well as a description of the diagram applied in your motor (or drawing). We will check whether the flux densities in the air-gap, tooth and core are within the allowed areas.
Note that there is not any simple rule of thumb. Upper and lower limits are not constant values, but they strongly depend on: the number of poles, voltage ( LV, HV...) the size of the core, frequency, cooling system, thermal class, differential leakage coefficient of applied connection etc.
